This week in the saga

Six endorsements in seven days. Two senators from the Carolinas and Louisiana, a governor, a senator from Idaho, a lieutenant governor of Arkansas running for attorney general, and a second senator from the same state. The sentences do not vary: strong on the military, strong on the border, strong on the second amendment, and at the foot of each one the same closing phrase. The machine that will define the rest of the exile switches on this week, and it runs on nothing but a name.
