This week in the saga

Two decrees leave the desk on the morning of the eleventh — one for a man who has just won a nomination in Virginia, one for a state senate president in Florida who has not yet said he wants the job he is being blessed for. Both carry the same closing formula. Then the new page waits six days and receives nothing at all.
