This week in the saga
The last primaries fall in a single night and the journey begun on the golden escalator is formally complete — just as the departing king steps from the shadows to crown the final general. Her camp taunts him in three words, and his reply — staff of 823, thirty-three thousand deleted emails — detonates across the realm as the greatest counterstrike of the saga. Then the page goes black: Orlando, forty-nine dead, and a chronicle of triumph becomes a chronicle of mourning and fury.
