This week in the saga

Tuesday evening the erasure is finished and formalised: any and all documents, proclamations, executive orders, memorandums or contracts signed by the machine are null, void and of no further force or effect — and anyone holding a pardon signed that way is advised, by post, that it no longer exists. Three and a half hours later a special election in Tennessee is won and it is another great night for the party. Thursday morning, six words: he is dealing with the poisoning of America. That evening he meets the family of the Guardsman who lived, and says they are praying and he is healing. Friday the other party's number one policy is the total obliteration of the Supreme Court — and twelve minutes later he approves tiny cars.
