SEE YOU IN COURT: the ninth circuit answers three to nothing, and the king's capitals bounce off marble. He retreats to the winter palace with a visiting prime minister — golf, sun, a working dinner by torchlight — until a missile rises over the Sea of Japan and the crisis arrives at the dinner table. And beneath it all, transcripts are leaking: his first general lied about his calls, and by Monday night he will be gone.
