This week in the saga

Chapter 33 opens on an office that has become a press. Nine papers go out between the thirteenth and the nineteenth of July, and five of them are somebody else's article reprinted under his own heading with a single line of his on top — a release about a Georgia audit, a column about a Speaker's stock trades, an article about a border bill. In between, the office issues a statement demanding that a county board in Arizona hand over its routers, and another about which Scottish golf course deserves the Open Championship. The instrument left to him is paper. This week most of the paper is other men's.
